Customer Enrollment Operations Lead

We’re looking for a Customer Enrollment Operations Lead (or Revenue Operations Lead) to own and improve the enrollment recovery process for customers who require additional validation after signing up. This role sits at the intersection of process optimization, team leadership and customer outreach.
You’ll personally handle customer follow-ups, train and lead a small team doing the same, and partner closely with our digital marketing team to reduce manual phone outreach through smart CRM workflows and automated communications.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact on customer experience, enrollment completion, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Help define and improve CRM processes, tracking, and reporting related to enrollment recovery (experience with GoHighLevel Configuration and Implementation a big plus)
- Partner with digital marketing to design email and SMS workflows that reduce the need for phone outreach
- Establish call scripts, best practices, and quality standards for customer communications
- Train, coach, and lead a team responsible for enrollment recovery and customer outreach
- Proactively contact customers and resolve validation issues, answer customer questions, and guide customers to successful enrollment
- Handle inbound enrollment leads from the Finray Solar website
- Identify recurring validation issues and collaborate with internal teams to reduce friction at the source
- Conduct data hygiene
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer operations, enrollment, sales operations, or customer success (required)
- English & Spanish (preferred)
- Experience working with CRMs and contact center tools (CRM=GoHigh Level and Dialpad ideally)
- Prior experience leading or training a team (formal or informal leadership)
- Strong phone presence and comfort having real conversations with customers, and other stakeholders
- Process-oriented mindset with an interest in automation and workflow improvement
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
- Clear communicator who can balance empathy with efficiency

- Pay: $45,000- $60, 000 per year

Nice To Have!
- Experience in solar, energy, utilities, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with email automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM workflows
