Through online training, morning meetings, zoom calls with our corporate trainers Mike, Kyle or Lucas, a mentor like Mire or Gabe in the field, and a supportive team at one of our locations, team members can learn the skills to develop their aptitude, so they can take on a new ‘altitude’ in their marketing and earnings. Staff members learn about energy billing, community solar policy, net metering and rooftop solar, various programs and offers for customers that can help them save money. Offsites allow us to learn other skills too, like axe throwing and golf!
